internationally in different projects of Management and Organizational development . A
professional member of SHRM and having a passion for volunteer work for civil society

Mr. Xin YAO (Jack YAO), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Professional Marketer (CPM-Asia), graduated from MBA in Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, now serves as Secretary-General of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Commercial Sub-council, and Secretary-General of China Association for Standardization (CAS) Trade in Services Branch. He was elected as the 1st Vice President of Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) in 2020 and was elected as the President of Asia Council for Small Business (ACSB) in 2021.
He is also a member of the Committee of Experts on the Revision of the National Occupational Classification (note: designated by Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security, P.R.China ), the member of the National Steering Committee for Employment and Entrepreneurship of University Graduates(note: designated by Ministry of Education, P.R.China ) and the member of National Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee for Foreign Trade and Economics (note: designated by Ministry of Education, P.R.China ).
