Facilitator: Dr Alaa Garad
Dr. Alaa Garad is the author of the Learning-driven Organization Model and the Learning-driven Business bestseller. He is an associate professor and the academic director at Al Maktoum College of Higher Education. He is a fellow at the Royal Society of Arts and a recipient of the UK Excellence Award.
Dr. Alaa has led and managed a client portfolio of 43 organizations and assessed 450+ firms. He has 20+ years of experience designing, leading, implementing, and managing projects in various industries/sectors. He is the Deputy Chair of the BSI/ISO Human Capital Technical Committee (HCS/1/2), working and engaged in assignments in 13 countries.
